Applicants are expected to:
Role Overview
Creating and maintaining professional and welcoming clinic environment to enhance customer experience.
Line manage the reception team, including delivering personal development reviews and managing rotas.
Working closely with Senior Members Team to ensure Practice runs smoothly and efficiently, playing an active role in developing the business.
Spot and act on underperformance and poor behaviour in a positive way through delivering constructive feedback.
Undertake responsibilities for duties as desired and required by PM and CDs.
Maintain and promote good working practices. improving efficiencies and standards across the practice and drive exceptional client experience.
Display commercial acumen and solid knowledge of Veterinary business.
Resolve customer complaints independently or alongside clinical team members if necessary.
